Ohmygosh I'm so excited I'm gonna throw up!!!!
Okay, just kidding.
But I really am excited.
You see, MxPx is going to have a new album out soon!! It's set to hit stores on March 24th and it's titled 'On The Cover II'. Yes, it's a cover album with lots of awesome songs and totally rad guest performers! MxPx is like.. well, they're like my favorite band.. and have been ever since Audio Adrenaline called it quits on me *cry* (it's okay guys.. I'll forgive you.. I guess.). Anyway, I'll stop boring you and let you check them out yourself.

Woot woot, I'm glad you're happy. I've never heard of them either but my music taste these days falls in the children's music category. It's sad.

I must be totally square 'cause I've never heard of any of the bands you mentioned. I'm glad you're excited 'tho!
Don't worry guys, I don't expect you to have heard of them. ;) But that's part of why I started doing Favorite Music Friday! We listen to Christian music, and there are TONS of awesome bands that get little attention. Anyway, Audio Adrenaline has actually won a few Grammys and such.. but they're still not a group you'd hear on the radio. And while MxPx is very much included in the mainstream punk, they're still not a band that you see everywhere.
Most of what we listen to is music that many people have 'never heard of' so I figured I'd start sharing some of our favorites here. ;)
